1 Taiwan ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship ជាអ្វី?
International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) ជា Taiwan government agency ដែលទទួលខុសត្រូវ international development cooperation។ ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Programme ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដើម្បីផ្តល់ឱកាសសិក្សាដល់បេក្ខជនពីប្រទេស partner countries — រួមមាន Cambodia — ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងធនធានមនុស្សនៅប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍ។
